Focused, hands-on 30-minute sessions designed to support your range of motion and ease of movement — built for staying consistent when there's no underlying injury to work through.
This isn't built to diagnose or treat an injury — it's for staying on top of how your body moves, day to day.
Designed to support range of motion improvements, particularly when there's no underlying injury present.
For maintaining optimal ease of movement and staying ahead of the tightness that builds up from training or daily life.
Consistent sessions may help reduce stiffness over time, as part of a regular movement-maintenance routine.
We use high-intensity targeted vibration (Rapid Release) to help open up restrictions in soft tissue — a hands-on tool, not the Electrons+ or NxPro recovery technology used in Performance + Recovery sessions. Recovery technology isn't included by default here, but can be added to any Performance Mobility session for $47.
If the improvements from hands-on Performance Mobility sessions alone don't seem to last very long, the next step usually isn't switching programs right away — it's adding recovery technology (Electrons+ and NxPro) to a few sessions and seeing what changes.
It typically takes about 3-4 sessions with the add-on to get a real read on whether the technology meaningfully extends your results. If it does, that's usually a sign Performance + Recovery — where the technology is included in every visit — is the better fit if you're working toward ongoing progress rather than maintenance. If maintenance is really the goal, staying with Performance Mobility and adding the tech occasionally may be all you need.
